Adam Hoffer – Adam is a real estate investor and tax economist. He earned his Ph.D. in economics from West Virginia University and spent 11 years as an economics professor at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He served as the inaugural and founding director of the Menard Family Initiative and as a Bradley Freedom Fellow with the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty. Dr. Hoffer has published more than 100 academic articles and editorials and was the lead editor and author of two books. He now works remotely as the Director of Excise Tax Policy for the Tax Foundation. Dr. Hoffer lives in La Crosse, Wisconsin with his wife and two young children.

Tate Morrell – Tate was born and raised in Canada before moving to the United States upon graduating High School to play collegiate baseball. After his five years of university in Arizona and then Missouri where he earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Tate moved to Wisconsin. He has since dove into the world of Real Estate and is passionate about the community and growth. An avid athlete, Tate spends much of his free time playing or coaching recreational sports.
